Andy is a 1996 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. After working as an engineer, he graduated from Whittier Law School in 2003. Andy is a 1996 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. After working as an engineer, he graduated from Whittier Law School in 2003. He began his legal practice in 2005 at the Dauphin County Public Defender's Office. In 2008 he left the Public Defender's Office and began work as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), working there until 2021. In 2021, he obtained his Patent Agent Registration from the USPTO, authorizing him to practice patent law. He then worked at Quarles & Brady LLC at a Patent Agent from 2021 to 2023, before starting his own firm.
